MyVote - Option for Tagging, Noting, and Match Recommendations are missing - Troubleshooting Common Issues
If you and your members do not see an option to add notes or tags on the PNM Profile, this is because you have the Single Combined Ballot feature enabled. The Single Combined Ballot feature combines notes, tags, matching, and voting into a single form. This means a Vote must be submitted to add a tag, note, or match recommendation. Members are only allowed one vote per PNM per Round.
If you want users to be able to add notes, match recommendations, and/or tags outside of voting you will need to disable this feature.
To disable the Single Ballot Feature, navigate to Settings > Chapter > Voting and disable the second option "Display voting, noting, tagging, and matching on a single, combined ballot."
