MyVote - Restrict PNMs to Current Event - Troubleshooting Common Issues

The Restrict PNMs to the Current event feature is enabled from Settings > Chapters > Rounds & Events. 


This feature impacts Voting Members ONLY. Technology Team users will always see all PNMs in their PNM List unless they filter the list. 


If you have this feature enabled but are still seeing all PNMs

  • Check your user type - If you see the Resulta and settings tab at the top of your MyVote screen, you are a Technology Team member. This means, you will always see all PNMs in your PNM List. If you want to view only PNM in the current event, use the PNM List Filter to select PNMs in a specific event.

  • Confirm that you imported events correctly - If you are a CampusDirector campus, events will automatically sync. If your council doesn’t use CampusDirector, check out Event Importer - Troubleshooting Common Issues.
