If Your Auto-Match has failed, MyVote was unable to recommend matches based on your set up and Auto-Match settings. Check out these recommendations to troubleshoot.
Do you have PNMs assigned to events? Auto-Match currently recommends matches based on the event the PNM is attending. If events are not assigned to PNMs, you won’t be able to run Auto-Match.
Have you assigned Specialties to Individuals and/or Bump Groups? If Specialties aren’t assigned to members, Auto-Match will not be able to recommend matches.
Are there enough members to match PNMs to? Members will only be matched if they have a MyVote account. If there are no, or not enough, members to match to PNMs, Auto-Match can fail. In addition to this, if you are excluding too many members, Auto-Match may fail.
Does the round you are using have Events? Not only will a PNM have to be assigned an event, but you will need to ensure Events are set up for the chapter from Settings > Rounds.
Have PNMs been assigned to hometown Groups? If Groups are not assigned to PNMs, the Hometown Hero and Road Warrior specialties will not be used by Auto-Match.
Do you need to adjust specialty weights? If too many specialties are used with a high weight, Auto-Match may not be able to prioritize matches, causing a failure. Consider adjusting the weights of specialties used.
Do you have pre-scores assigned to PNMs? If not, the Icebreaker and All-Star specialties won’t be matched as they require votes to match.
