Once you've created your tags under Settings > Tags, you can tag a PNM in multiple ways. 

Tag from PNM List

In the PNM List, hover over a PNM and select the checkbox that appears. Options to select from will appear at the top of the list, here you will select Tag. From the drop-down list of options, select the tag you are assigning to that PNM. 

Tag from PNM Profile

In the PNM Profile, you will see the option to Write Note & Tag under the Vote button. A popup will appear allowing you to select a tag and Submit. This is also how Voting Members can tag PNMs, if allowed by your settings. 

Note, that this is not an option when the Single Combined Ballot setting is turned on. When using this setting, you must submit a vote in order to tag a PNM from the PNM Profile. 

Import Tags

You can import tags by selecting the blue sign button in the bottom right corner of the screen and selecting Import Tags. The Import Tags page shows what your import should look like. Imports should include the PNM ID# and the Tag Name. Be sure to read the warning on this import page before importing. 

WARNING: Tags MUST match in spelling and capitalization or additional tags will be created.

Tag from Results

In your Results page, you must first ensure Tags are being displayed. Tags are represented by colored dots. If not displayed, you can change that from Advanced Display Settings. Select the plus sign button in the Tags column and select the needed tag from the dropdown list of options.

You can also bulk tag PNM's by importing tags. 

Remove Tags

To remove a tag, navigate to the Notes page of the PNM Profile. Hover over the tag you wish to remove and click the grey trash can icon that appears.
