You can set up your chapter-specific settings by going to Settings > Chapter.
Under the 'Chapter Info' section, you can update the address or location of your chapter. Some fields in this section can only be edited by the Phired Up support staff.
You can manage your chapter's features under the Chapter Settings section where you can manage the following options:
Matching
Best Matched With Feature - When toggled on, Voting Member users can recommend matches between PNMs and other voting members throughout recruitment.
Hide Matches from Voting Members - When toggled on the recommended matches are viewable by the author, the user who was recommended to match to and Technology Team Users. When toggled off, the recommended match is viewable by all users.
Recommended matches can be exported from the Export tab using the Recommended Matches export or viewed directly on the PNM profile under the Matches tab. Learn more about using the matching feature here.
Modes
There are three modes in MyVote:
Primary Recruitment Mode is active when Training Mode and COB Mode are toggled off to grey. This is the mode used for primary (“formal”) recruitment and is where data will be transferred if connected to CampusDirector.
Training Mode is active when toggled on and can be used to practice voting and managing the voting process. See more here.
COB Mode is active when toggled on and provides a clean slate to use MyVote after the primary recruitment period. See more here.

When this option is toggled on, additional settings become available.

To filter the PNM list for voting members by who is attending the current round and event, as selected on the home page, toggle 'Restrict PNMs option on. When voting is set to Open Voting, all PNMs will show. Events must be scheduled in CampusDirector or uploaded for ICS campuses for this filtered view to work.
Note: Technology Team users will always see ALL PNMs unless filtered in the PNM list.

Hide Note Tags from Voting Members - When this option is toggled on, only the author of the tag and Technology Team users can see details of the tag assigned to a PNM. When toggled off, all users can see the details of the tag.
Voting
The voting settings will affect the way the PNM voting card is viewed.
