MyVote - Export all Votes, Notes, Matches, and Comments
MyVote allows you to export data needed during recruitment. You can export by navigating to Settings > Export.
To export votes and voting comments, you must be a Technology Team User.
The following reports are available to download to Excel:
Legacies – The Legacy report will export any PNMs tagged as legacies.
PNM Match Requests – This report includes any PNM that has a recommended match, the voting member name and reason for the match
PNM Tags – This report includes all PNMs that have been assigned a tag, along with which tags were assigned and by who.
Notes – Includes any notes that have been written on a PNM, along with who wrote the note.
Votes For Current Round - The Current Round is identified by which round you have open from the Home Page. This report includes every individual vote and comment made on a PNM, who it was made by and the date/time of the vote.
Voting Member Report – This report will show you vote count and average vote score for all of your voting members.
