To create tags, navigate to Settings > Tags. Select the Add Tag button in the top right corner. For each tag you’ll choose the color, set the title, and the tag access level. The different access levels allow you to customize who can use and see each tag you create.
Usable By - These users can assign the tag to a PNM.
Visible To - These users can see that the tag was assigned to a PNM.
Note: If your campus uses CampusDirector, the Legacy tag will sync with MyVote. Edits to who is a legacy should be made in CampusDirector. If your campus uses ICS, you will need to create a Legacy tag to use the legacy settings in results.
