MyVote - Advanced Matching Pre-Setup List
Before utilizing the Advanced Matching Feature, be sure that the following items have been set up on your account:
Add Members from Settings > Users. Once the member has created their account, they will appear in the Manage Existing User section. Users must have their user account created to be matched to a PNM.
Upload all PNMs. If your council uses CampusDirector, this will happen automatically.
Import events for the round you would like to match. If you have CampusDirector at you university this will sync automatically once schedules are finalized by your council.
Setup your Groups under Settings > Groups and assign hometown groups to PNMs.
Enter any pre-score votes, if applicable.
Highlight the importance of Voting Members using the match recommendation feature when submitting votes on a PNM. This helps the system create more accurate matches.
