Before utilizing the Advanced Matching Feature, be sure that the following items have been set up on your account:

• Add Members from Settings > Users. Once the member has created their account, they will appear in the Manage Existing User section. Users must have their user account created to be matched to a PNM.

• Upload all PNMs. If your council uses CampusDirector, this will happen automatically.

• Import events for the round you would like to match. If you have CampusDirector at you university this will sync automatically once schedules are finalized by your council.

• Setup your Groups under Settings > Groups and assign hometown groups to PNMs.

• Enter any pre-score votes, if applicable.

• Highlight the importance of Voting Members using the match recommendation feature when submitting votes on a PNM. This helps the system create more accurate matches.
