MyVote - How to Use Training Mode

The MyVote Training Mode is a feature of MyVote for practicing voting and onboarding members to your MyVote account. While in Training Mode, Voting Members can practice voting for each round. Admins can practice using admin features such as tags, exports, matches, and viewing results. 


To use the Training Mode, follow these steps.

  • Click on the Settings tab in the top navigation bar of the MyVote admin screen

  • Click on the Chapter tab

  • Scroll down under Chapter Settings to Modes

    • Toggle Training Mode to on

    • Click the Blue Save button that pops up at the bottom of your screen

  • Click on the Home Tab in the top navigation



There will now be a message on the top of your Home Screen letting you know your site is in Training Mode.



You will then see a list of Training PNMs appear on your PNM List. These are the PNMs members can practice submitting votes for. 


Note: You will need to make sure you have a round setup (Settings > Rounds) so users can practice voting.


 


 

Note: the purpose of training mode is for voting members to see what voting is going to be like when recruitment begins. This means that not all features are available in training mode. Results will not display.
