MyVote - How to Use the Best Matched With Feature
One of the optional features in MyVote, is the ability for your chapter members to suggest other chapter members that a PNM should match with during recruitment.
Ensure the Best Matched With feature is enabled from Settings > Chapter > Matching.
Matches will always be visible to Technology Team users, the author, and the matched user but can be hidden from other chapter members by toggling 'Hide Matches' on.
Make sure to save this setting change by selecting the save button that appears at the bottom of the screen.
As your Voting Members are scoring PNMs, they can suggest other chapter members for that PNM to meet and leave a comment as to why. Recommended matches can be submitted on the app or the web version. Members can place multiple matches for a PNM, IF you are not using the setting for a Single Combined Ballot.
Admins can then go to Settings > Export and download the PNM Match Requests export to take a look at that information and plan for the next round. To see all recommended matches for one PNM, navigate to the Matches tab of the PNM profile.
