MyVote - How to Use COB Mode
The MyVote COB Mode is a feature of MyVote for groups to continue voting on PNMs after primary recruitment. This allows you to upload a new pool of PNMs, vote on PNMs you are considering for membership in the continuous process, and manage your results.
To use the COB Mode follow these steps.
Navigate to Settings > Chapter.
Scroll down under Chapter Settings to Modes. Toggle COB Mode to on (toggle will highlight in blue) then, click the blue Save button that pops up at the bottom of your screen
Return to the Home page. You will now see a message on the top of your Home page where you open and close voting letting you know your site is in COB Mode.
You will need to import your PNMs and set up your rounds to start voting in COB Mode.
Note, that features may appear differently in COB Mode than when you are using the platform during primary recruitment; especially if your campus uses CampusDirector. You will have to upload your PNMs and their information since CampusDirector is not synced in COB Mode.
