MyVote - Clearing your site after recruitment

After your recruitment has been completed and you have downloaded all the reports you need, you may e-mail support@phiredup.com to request your MySite site be cleared. This will clear all PNMs and scores. Once deleted the data can not be restored.  When emailing, please include your Organization and University name.


Organizations with a national partnership will have their Standard Mode data cleared annually toward the end of the spring term. COB Mode data will never be cleared unless we are given your express direction to do so. 


Please note that you cannot clear PNMs if your account is synced to CampusDirector. You will need to use your COB mode to upload your PNMs to continue recruiting year-round or wait until your Council has renewed its CampusDirector account.
