MyVote - How to get our MyVote Site Reset

If you need to have your MyVote site cleared (either standard or COB mode), all you need to do is contact our support team and we would be happy to assist you! 


To request a site reset: 

  1. Organization Name 

  2. Campus Name

  3. Confirm which mode (Standard or COB) you need to be cleared.

  4. Confirm that you have pulled all necessary data and reports - understanding that all data will be removed and will not be able to be recovered.


All requests will be completed within 12 business hours and all requests over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning.
