MyVote - How to View PNMs When Voting is Closed
Technology Team members (admins) can allow Voting Members to view PNMs when voting is closed. They will not be able to cast votes, simply view their profiles.
Here is how you use it:
Ensure you are a Technology Team member to access your account settings. If you are not and should be, reach out to another member of the Technology Team to update your account or contact us at support@phiredup.com.
Navigate to Settings > Chapter > PNMs (pictured above)
If you want Voting Members to view only the PNM list and no information, turn on the first option and nothing else. This will also open the two additional settings.
If you only want Voting Members to see a list of the PNMs they voted on, select the second option; Display Voted On PNMs When Voting is Closed. This will only show them the PNMs they have voted on and nobody else.
If you want Voting Members to be able to view PNM profiles, select the third option; Display PNM Profiles When Voting Closed. This will allow Voting Members to click into a PNM profile when voting is closed.
Save all setting changes, using the save button that appears at the bottom of the screen.
Note: This setting is enabled when it’s toggled on to blue.
