MyVote - How To Open and Close Voting
You must Open Voting in order for voting members to submit votes. You can see if voting is Open or Closed from the Home page in the top left corner of the middle section of the page.
Rounds must be set up in your Settings before you Open Voting.
Make sure you are on the homepage, and click on the pencil icon next to Voting Closed. If your voting is Open, you will see the specific round that was open.
Select the round you want to open voting for.
If you are voting on a specific event, select the event you want to vote on. By doing this, you can restrict your voting members to only see the PNMs for that event if you enable that restriction under Settings > Chapter > Rounds and Events.
Selecting Open Voting will allow users to see Active PNMs and vote on them.
When you are ready to close voting, click on the round name at the top of the home page, and select Close Voting.
