MyVote - How to Set Up Rounds Over Multiple Days
Rounds can be edited by Recruitment Team and Technology Team members from Settings > Rounds.
If you attend a large university where a recruitment round (for example, Open House Round) occurs over multiple days, DO NOT create a round for each day as seen in the example below.
To set up, create one round, with the needed Round Type and Round Name. When selecting the number of events in the Round, include all events for that round.
Example: The Open House round is held over two days with 15 events on each day. One Round will be set up for Open House and we select the number of all events, which would be 30. This means Day 2 Event 1 will be your MyVote Event 16. See the photo below.
The only time you would create two rounds is if that round is separated in your Panhellenic's CampusDirector round setup.
