MyVote - Get your Voting Members ready to use MyVote

Use these steps to prepare your voting members for using MyVote during recruitment. 


  1. Invite voting members to create their accounts.

  2. Instruct voting members to download the MyVote App and log in. 

  3. Review the MyVote Voting Member Training Video as a group.

  4. Turn on Training Mode and ensure a round is setup to practice voting in. You can also set up your regular voting rounds to vote from if you want a more realistic practice. 

  5. Run a mock round and have voting members practice their normal PNM evaluations. This may include voting, recommending matches, tagging, writing notes, etc. 

  6. Repeat as needed until all members are confident in using MyVote!
