MyVote - How to confirm my events successfully imported?
If you are a non-CampusDirector campus or using COB Mode, you may be importing events. If you are importing events, you may want to double-check to confirm they were successfully imported.
How to know if your events imported successfully
You should have received a success or failure message when you imported your leads. If it failed, that means there might be something wrong with the file you are attempting to import. If you receive the success message, your data was imported and you can confirm with step 2.
As a Technology Team user, your PNM List is always going to show all PNMs, unless you filter it, even if you have the setting to Restrict PNMs to Current Event tured on. To confirm events successfully imported, make sure the round you are importing events for, is set on the home screen. Then click the filter icon in the PNM List, and select Events and the specific event you want to filter by. From there, you can spot-check based on the data you imported.
No option to import events? Are you a CampusDirector community? If so, your events will automatically sync and you don't have to take any extra steps! Simply filter your list or restrict your voting members to current events.
