If your campus uses CampusDirector, the events will automatically sync once your campus schedules the round of recruitment. 

If your campus uses ICS, you will need to manually upload your schedule to MyVote.  Once ICS schedules events and pushes them live for chapters to see, you can upload those events using the Upload Events importer from the blue plus sign button in the bottom right corner. 

The PNMs will then match up to the correct event number they are attending for that round of recruitment. 

Reminders for Uploading Events:

• ONLY numbers should be used in each column to coordinate with the correct Round, Event, and PNM ID. 

• All Events for that Round of recruitment must be uploaded at the same time. You will do this each time a new schedule of events becomes available.

• The PNM ID number MUST match the PNM ID number used to upload PNMs. 

• Your spreadsheet document should be formatted like the example below.
