MyVote - How to Add Photos of a PNM
PNM photos can only be added and edited if you are an ICS campus, a non-recruitment software campus, or if you are using COB mode.
PNM's photo can be bulk uploaded when importing PNM information from your campus' recruitment registration. When you export your list of PNMs, make sure to export the PNM's Image Link. This will be uploaded on your spreadsheet while using the Import PNMs feature.
If you do not receive image links from your campus, you can use a photo from the web. This could be a photo from the PNM’s social media account.
WARNING: Photo files in Google Drive or Social Media links will not work. It must be an image web link.
You can edit an individual PNM's photo by navigating to the PNM profile and selecting the photo button where you can upload a file from your computer.
If your campus uses CampusDirector, photos will automatically populate when your PNMs are available if collected from CampusDirector and shared with chapters. You will only have access to photos if your PNMs uploaded a photo to CampusDirector as a part of the recruitment registration.

For COB mode or if your campus uses ICS, hold your cursor over the PNM's photo on the PNM List on the left side of the screen. The circle containing the PNMs photo will change to a check box option. Once you select the PNM a list of options appear ...
