MyVote - Changing a PNM's Status
For COB mode or if your campus uses ICS, hold your cursor over the PNM's photo on the PNM List on the left side of the screen. The circle containing the PNMs photo will change to a check box option. Once you select the PNM a list of options appear including Update Status.
A - Active in YOUR recruitment process.
NS - No Show
WD - Withdrawn, from the entire recruitment process
RG - Regret, meaning they chose not to come back
R - Recruited, needed to report new members from MyVote if applies to your organization
RL - Released, meaning they were not invited back. You may also see PNMs listed as RL if you aren't synced up to CampusDirector or if schedules aren't live yet
For CampusDirector campuses, you are unable to change the status as it automatically pulls in from CampusDirector. Any status changes come from the campus side and you will need to contact your Council Admin if you believe there to be an error.
