MyVote - What is the Difference Between Comments and Notes?
Comments and Votes are different in MyVot and can be applied to a PNM when selecting them from the PNM list and bringing up their PNM Profile.
Comments are used for adding details of the vote you placed. When selecting the Vote option and placing a vote for a PNM, the comments are optional to apply. Only Technology Team users and the user who placed the comment can see the comment.
This comment is tied to the vote. If the vote or comment is deleted, the other will be deleted too.
Notes are additional details on the PNM placed by a user that can be kept private or shared with all users. Notes can be submitted using the Write Note & Tag button in the PNM Profile.
Notes settings can be changed under Settings > Chapter > Notes. You can choose to disable the notes feature entirely, hide notes from all users, and/or choose if you would like the PNM's name to appear on the note/tag dialog box as seen in the image above.
