MyVote - What do each of the statuses in MyVote stand for?
The statuses given to each PNM on your list signify a PNM's standing in your recruitment process. You will know a PNM's status by viewing the list and seeing the status letter(s) to the right of each person on your list.
Here is a breakdown of each status and what it stands for.
A = Active in YOUR recruitment process.
NS = No Show
WD = Withdrawn from the process
RG = Regret, meaning they chose not to come back
R = Recruited to your chapter
RL = Released (you may also see PNM's listed as RL if you aren't synced up to CampusDirector or if schedules aren't live yet)
IN = Ineligible meaning they do not meet the minimum expectations set by your community.
If your campus is using CampusDirector, your statuses will update automatically based on the information coming from CampusDirector. However, if you are in COB mode, you can change them on your own as COB Mode is not synced with CampusDirector.
If your campus is using ICS or another recruitment management technology, your statuses will NOT update automatically and you will change them.
