MyVote - How to Edit a PNM

Editing a PNM’s information is only available to non-CampusDirector users or in COB Mode.


To update a PNM’s information, select the PNM from the PNM List to access their PNM Profile. Select the pencil icon above their photo.


You can also update PNM information in bulk using the Import PNMs option from the blue plus sign button in the bottom right corner of the screen. To edit existing PNMs the PNM ID# MUST match or you will create a duplicate PNM or write over another PNM’s information. 


Import PNMs can be used to update one or multiple pieces of data by simply skipping over the other data columns. Any new information in an Import will write over existing data. Original data that has been changed will not be able to be recovered.
