MyVote - How Do I Know What User Type I am?
If you are unsure what type of user or access you have, log on to your account at pnmvote.com on a laptop or desktop and view your top bar.
If you see Results, you are a Technology Team user. Technology Team users have full admin access to your chapter's account.
If you cannot see Results but can see the Settings, you are a Recruitment Team user. Recruitment Team users have modified admin access and cannot see PNM scores, comments, notes, or results and cannot export comments or scores.
If you cannot see Results or Settings, you are a Voting Member. Voting Members can only view and vote on PNMs when voting is open and see their own scores and comments.
Technology Team and Recruitment Team users can see the access that all members have from Settings > Users > Manage Existing Users.
If you believe you have the wrong user type, please contact a Technology Team user for your account or contact support@phiredup.com.
