Anonymous votes can be used when a vote needs to be recorded but the voter isn’t sure which PNM it is for. This will hold the vote information until it can be tied to a select PNM.
To place an anonymous vote, select the blue plus sign button in the bottom right corner of the screen and select Submit Anonymous Vote. Voting members should be instructed to add context about the PNM to help your admins match the vote to the PNM.
Technology Team members will see all anonymous votes on the home screen where they can read and match the votes that come into the correct PNM.
Anonymous Voting may be unavailable based on your organization’s membership selection needs.
