MyVote - How to Set Up Fields
If your campus is synced with CampusDirector, the Fields section will automatically be set up for you with the fields that your chapter can view on the PNM. These are the same fields that are in the CampusDirector Participants List.
In this section, you can determine which users can see each field. Next to each field, you will see Visible To and a drop-down list of All, Admins (Technology Team users) or None. You can choose which users see each of these fields.
You can also order the fields so they display in the order you wish on the PNM profile card. To order the fields, drag and drop the fields into the correct order you wish them to display.
If your campus is using ICS, you need to add the fields you want to show on the PNM profile card. You can add as many fields as you wish to display on the PNM profile card. You will need to choose which users can view the fields, by using the drop-down option under the Visible To section. You can also choose the order you wish the fields to display on the PNM profile card. To order the fields, drag and drop the fields into the correct order you wish them to display.
Note: Chapters synced to CampusDirector cannot create custom fields. You are limited to the ones that come from CampusDirector.
